The boys took second place after falling to Rock Creek, 50-36, and the girls placed third after defeating Seaman, 30-25.

Thunder Basketball teams closed out 2022 w/ contests at Sabetha last night...
The varsity girls (6-0) won on a last second shot by SR Ella Larkin, 29-27, and the varsity boys (2-4) fell in a hard fought tilt, 57-46.
Undercard games: JV Boys 48-43 W (5-1) , JV Girls 34-27 L (5-1), FR Boys 29-17 W (5-1) , FR Girls 34-28 W (3-0).
All teams return to action Friday, January 6th w/ home games against Jefferson West. GO THUNDER!!! #Nemaha
Thunder Wrestling took 6th place yesterday at the Republic County Christmas Duals.
Nemaha took on high quality competition, falling to Beloit (48-30) & Concordia (59-18) in pool play, then defeating Southeast of Saline (54-15) before dropping to Sabetha in the 5th place dual (52-18).
