The official arrival of June brings the beginning of summer weights and conditioning at NCHS! A friendly reminder that our summer program is available to ALL athletes and IS NOT sport specific. Please see the following message from Coach Glatczak and Mr. Williams...

"Our summer weights program is designed to build well-rounded athletes by emphasizing flexibility, mobility, and proper body movement patterns for all sports. Through strength training, speed work, and movement-based exercises, athletes improve performance, reduce injury risk, and develop the coordination and athleticism needed to compete at a high level year-round."

After the dust settled from the Regional meets at Cheney and Fredonia yesterday, THREE more #Nemaha Tracksters have qualified for State! Conner Lueger (400M) Jade Macke (Javelin) Courtney Stallbaumer (TJ) Also, Cora Langill has qualified in the 3200M. GO THUNDER!!!

A total of FIVE Thunder Tracksters qualified for the State Championships next week in Wichita!
