Nemaha Central FFA Members Receive National FFA Grants Two $1,000 National FFA SAE grants have been awarded to Dane and Adelaide Haverkamp of Bern, KS by Firestone Ag and the Tadd and Nancy Seitz Foundation. SAE grants are designed to help FFA members create or expand Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects, a requirement that all FFA members must complete. An SAE requires FFA members to create and operate an agriculture related business, work at an agriculture-related business, or conduct an agricultural research experience. Upon completion of their SAE, FFA members must submit a comprehensive report regarding their career development experience. The Haverkamp’s are members of the Nemaha Central FFA Chapter. Their applications were selected from among 1,258 applications nationwide. CONGRATS ADDIE AND DANE! #Nemaha
