The Nemaha Central Middle School Volleyball girls had a busy night on Thursday, September 14th. They played two teams, Jeff West and SPPS. 8A played three matches and dominated the court in each of those matches against Jeff West. With each point that the girls scored, they rallied with incredible team spirit. 8B followed with their game against Jeff West. They fell short by six points in their first match but came back with a positive attitude and ended up winning the next two matches.
Following the Jeff West matches, NC was ready to take on the Trojans. Both 8A and 8B dominated the court against SPPS. 8A won in two matches while 8B won in three matches.
7A worked hard on the court and showed good effort, but fell short against Jeff West in three matches. 7B came onto the court after 7A and won against Jeff West in three matches. Following the Jeff West games, both 7A and 7B played SPPS. Both 7A & 7B put up a good fight but unfortunately fell short to the Trojans.
