On Sept. 24th the Nemaha Central Elementary and Middle School hosted a pep rally, introducing the fall sports teams.
Every team, along with the coaches, were called up and introduced. Each of the teams provided an update on the season and information on the upcoming games.
At the end of the pep rally the cheerleaders directed a game where the student athletes all tried to wrap their chosen players completely in toilet paper. “The Pep-Rally was quite abuzz with activity.” Grady Heiman said.
This marks the first major school assembly and sets a certain precedent for future assemblies.
