The Nemaha Central Middle School track team attended a meet at Wamego on Thursday, April 24, 2025. The schools that participated were: Nemaha Central, Riley County, Wamego, Concordia, Rock Creek, Abilene, Blue Valley, Chapman, Flint Hills Christian, Santa Fe Trail, and Clay Center Community. Eighth Grade Boys Results:

Javelin- Trent Stuke, 3rd, 109’6”; Kaden Sperfslage, 4th, 107’ 0”
This was a larger meet than what the athletes were used to, but they still came home with a couple of first place finishes. Even though the track season is almost over, the athletes are still trying hard to do their best and hope it pays off in the end.
