On November 30th the Lady Thunder played the Riverside Cyclones and it ended in another victory. The 8th grade A team played first, and it ended with a score of 22-21. It was a tough game, but they pulled through and won.
Clare (8th grade)
“We played hard, we had really good defense, and pulled out the win!”
Following the 8th grade A team was the 7th grade A team resulting in another win. The 7th grade played their hardest and their hard work paid off. The 7th grade A and B team has worked hard this basketball season and their accomplishments resulted in the following score, 22-10.
Alyvia (7th grade)
“During the Riverside game, we played very tough, and hard. Everyone was aggressive and didn't stop till the buzzer beeped. Even though everyone was tired, we kept working, while teammates cheered us on! Eventually, it turned out for us to win and I was proud and so were my teammates!”
The Lady Thunder played a combined B team and it was successful. They all played very well and tried their best. It was kind of a close game, but they followed through the whole game playing their hardest, and ended up winning with a score of, 29-22.
