NC Thunder battled Riverside on Monday, September 11th at Riverside. With a strong start, the Eighth Grade A team won their first set 25-15. A team also won the second set with a score of 26-24.The B team was up next winning their first set 25-10.The second set started off good, ending with a win and a score of 25-14.The last team on the court was C team. The game started off good but in the end it ended with Riversides Victory, 06-15. In the end, eighth grade finished up their matches with two wins and one loss. Overall, they played hard.
Kinsey Monier said “'They were good but not good enough to beat NC Thunder.”
Also, the Seventh Grade A team tried hard for a win but unfortunately lost their first set 21-25. In the second set against Riverside, they also lost 23-25. The Seventh Grade B team fell short 16-25 in their first match and 19-25 in their second match.
Our Nemaha Central volleyball team had a great time on the court and worked hard.
