Nemaha Central District Office

Last night, the Nemaha Central FFA made history at the Northeast District FFA Banquet! Addie Haverkamp was elected as the District Vice President for the 2023-2024 school year! This is Nemaha Central's first ever District Officer! Kyndall Sextro also made history as the first FFA member from Nemaha Central to win a District Proficiency Award. Kyndall won with her Supervised Agricultural Experience in Dairy Production - Placement. She will now send her application to the State level to compete with students across Kansas. Finally, Dane Haverkamp and Aden Feldkamp also received recognition last night for earning their State FFA Degree. Congrats Thunder FFA members and keep up the great work! #Nemaha

It's Senior Night for Thunder Tracksters! Nemaha is hosting a Big 7 League Quad this afternoon (4:30PM) with Senior Night Recognition to take place at the conclusion of the meet. Good luck guys and gals and GO THUNDER!!!

Thunder Baseball earned another sweep last night, downing the Red Hawks of Hiawatha 11-7 and 15-2! The boys return to the diamond Thursday w/ a home doubleheader agains Holton. GO THUNDER!!! #Nemaha

Six Thunder Students traveled to Atchison this past Saturday to compete in the KSHSAA Regional Music Festival. Leann Dalinghaus (Vocals) and Keaton Dalinghaus (Saxophone) each received one ratings and trips to the State Music Festival! Hillary Stallbaumer (Vocals), Kaitlyn Bennett (Vocals), and Vivian Thayer (Flute - Not Pictured) each received two ratings and Gracie Quint (Flute) earned a three.
