Nemaha Central USD 115 Community Survey 2021

If you live within the boundaries of USD 115, we need your help! As you may know, a random dial telephone survey (landlines and cell phone numbers) of 325 area residents is currently underway. The survey covers a host of topics about the district and its upcoming ballot issue. To make certain everyone who wants to share his or her opinion has the chance to do so, we have created online versions of the telephone survey for staff and district parents, and this one, which is specifically for community members. Use this link to access the survey.

Please share your opinions with us! This survey is completely confidential. Your response will go directly to Patron Insight, a Stilwell, Kansas company that works with school districts on research projects like this one.

The district will receive a summary report of the findings, but it will not see any individual responses. Please set aside at least 10 minutes to complete this survey, because if you "exit" the survey before you are done, you will not be able to return later. Also, be certain that your answers are what you would like to say before you click "next," because you won't be able to go back to a page once you leave it.

If you are someone you know does not have access to a device we still want that input so come down to the District Office at 318 Main St. and we will provide a device for you to use. Feel free to contact Darrel Kohlman 785-336-6101 if you have any questions.

And finally, this survey is set up to allow more than one response per device, to make it easier for households with multiple adults to take part. However, please limit your responses to one per adult in your household. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts.
