Visiting school athletes will receive 2 tickets each for them to disperse to fans/spectators.
Monday, September 14
MS VB @ Hiawatha
Volleyball players from HMS will receive 2 tickets. Visiting school athletes will receive 1
ticket each for them to disperse to fans / spectators.
● All Coaches will receive 2 tickets.
● Temperature will be taken for all players/fans at the front doors. Anyone with a temperature over 100.3 will be asked to leave.
● Masks will be required in all USD #415 facilities. Practice social distancing when able.
● Visiting athletes should come dressed. A locker room will be available for bags. Masks
should be worn in the locker rooms.
● Visiting teams will need to bring their own practice balls.
● Concessions will be provided with pre-packaged items.
● No passes will be accepted without an event ticket.
● Hiawatha will supply an empty cart for warm-up volleyballs.
● Sanitization tubs will be located at each scorer’s table with hand sanitizer located near each
bench.
● Entry tickets will not replace purchasing a ticket to attend the game.
Thursday, October 1st
Visiting schools football/roster players will receive Two tickets each, due to the lack of
seating on the visitor side.
● Visiting schools cheerleaders will receive Two tickets.
● All coaches (home & visitors) will receive Two tickets.
● Masks are required when entering/exiting the stadium.
● Masks are required in the proximity of the concession area.
● Masks are optional in the stands provided social distancing can be maintained.
● Come dressed as much as possible.
● Concessions will be offered with pre-packaged items only.
● No passes will be accepted without an event ticket.
● Spectators will not be allowed on the track.
● Entry tickets will not replace purchasing a ticket to attend the game.
● Pass list will be used for media & essential personnel. (Admin, game workers, chain gang)
