To keep you informed about the latest confirmed cases of COVID-19 in either students or staff at USD #115 Nemaha Central Schools we will be sending out a daily email at 5:00 pm each day as well as publishing information on our website. As of 11/16/2020, we have had zero new cases involving students or staff at either NCEMS or NCHS.
The Board of Education approved continuing early releases on Fridays for Second Semester. This will result in some changes to the District Calendar and we wanted to communicate those to you so you could make arrangements:
- Jan. 18 was scheduled as NO STUDENT day for School Improvement. We will now have an Early Release at 11:30 with students attending from 8:00 to 11:30. No lunch will be served. Staff will have School Improvement in the afternoon.
- February 15 was scheduled as NO STUDENT day for School Improvement. Now, it will be a normal school day with students attending all day.
There may be more changes later in the semester if necessary, and we will keep you informed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we navigate a school year with many challenges.
