NCHS Theatre Department hard at work on fall production: AN EVENING OF THEATRE
Angelia Steiner
Monday, October 19, 2020

NCHS students are currently in rehearsal for AN EVENING OF THEATRE.  We are adapting to our current circumstances by still having a show but not a traditional full-length play. AN EVENING OF THEATRE consists of skits and music largely from Broadway plays and musicals. The players will perform songs from popular musicals. Skits and duets will allude to a famous Shakespearean tragedy and the all-time favorite WHO’S ON FIRST?, among others!

Our talented company of performers includes Leann Dalinghaus, Alyssa Frye, Anthony Gonzalez, Elena Gonzalez, Isabelle Hammes, Samantha Holthaus, Alan Lambrecht, Ethel Mauwa, Jessie Meyer, Allison Schmelzle, Luke Schmelzle, Evan Schmitz, Lilly Schultejans, Hillary Stallbaumer, Ryan Uphaus, and Henriette Yemba.  We have a strong supporting crew as well, including a choreographer and hopefully a small pit band!

The show begins at 7 pm both Friday and Saturday evenings, November 13 and 14. There will be NO dinner theatre this fall. Sunday, November 15, the show begins at 2 pm. All performances will be in the main gym to facilitate social distancing. Masks are required of all audience members.

We hope you will come and witness the amazing talent of our NCHS students!
