On Tuesday, October 31, the Nemaha Central Middle School dressed up in their Halloween costumes. To dress up you had to bring $2.00. The money made went to the 8th graders for their trip to Worlds of Fun.

There was also a bake sale for the trip. The bake sale was in Mrs. Laurie Stallbaumer’s room. At the bake sale there were many delicious items such as cinnamon rolls, donuts with vampire fangs, creepy cookies, and more. Some of the goodies were for sale during the day and others the students could bid on like a silent auction. Their total profit was $452.50.

“I was pretty much myself, so I was a cow girl and I did it with Kyndall Sextro,” said Emilie Strahm.

“I did not go trick-or-treating, but for school I was an army man,” said Silas Ulmer.
