The KC Wolf made his second appearance at Nemaha Central Elementary and Middle school on Monday, February 27. KC Wolf is the mascot of the Kansas City Chiefs and the uniform is typically worn by Dan Meers.  Mr. Meers said he was married to a fox.  Mr. Meers. talked about what he does as a mascot for the Chiefs. He also said he gets to travel with the team. Mr. Meers then showed a video of some of the things he does during games and other social events. His message was to talk about the importance of eating healthy and staying fit. He said that if you are healthy you get more stamina throughout the day

The mascot suit he wears will make you very hot, sweaty, and stinky because it will get very hot in there.  Mr. Meers had a student volunteer come down and he helped them put on the suit and walk around a bit. After the presentation, the KC wolf signed a few autographs and left a signed poster of himself for each student.

Andrew Frye said, "He brought a good message, and I enjoyed the visit. I liked the absence of class, as well."
