On Thursday, October 20, the kindergarten through second grade students had a chance to attend "Family Fun Night."  Family Fun Night is a night where the kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade invite their parents to attend a night of physical education to show their parents what they can do to have fun and exercise at the same time. The parents were allowed to join in on the activities too.

Students and parents played games, did jumping jacks, played stuck in the mud, did the rock wall climb, parachutes, and rested for a little bit. When kindergarten finished, then the 1st grade showed up followed by the 2nd grade. Mr. Cory Bass scheduled it this way because of the larger class sizes in these grades. The point of Family Fun Night is too get active and have fun at the same time.

"Mr. Bass said, "I think that it went well, everyone had fun, and it had a great turnout."
